You have to show them proof of the damage and they ask you a lot about the packaging! I’m so sorry to know that the necklace got damaged, because it was it a special box. Anyway, you have to open a case!

cmrival Hi! I love love the bag organizer in blue, it was exactly what I needed and it was wrapped so well... I wanted to make you aware that I had to clean it, 9 wipes with a disinfectant cloth to to to get brown powder out of on of the pouches and it smells strongly of cigarette smoke, I have it ti d in a deodorizer bag and hope that will do the trick! Thanks!!!

patblugo @cmrival I’m so sorry to hear that, it never occurred to me to do that. Probably I got used to see the color that way. I thought I had cleaned it well. Hopefully after the sanitized wipes it will go away. I’m glad the organizer and the cosmetic bag are going to useful to you, I mostly use tote bags, because I travel a lot and for me they are really useful. I have another set in a animal print now. I love bags, makeup, jewelry and shoes. The only thing I know nobody is going to ask for are my shoes, every time I go to my closet that’s the only thing I know I’m going to find for sure. Even my vanity gets raided!

aviatortwin @patblugo LOL, autocorrect gets me all the time! I’ve had so much fun growing my closet:) Posh is addictive! Is it the pink hat/scarf set you are talking about? I actually have one left, but the left ear is slightly irregular k so I was debating what to do about that. I’m thinking I’ll reduce the price on it to $14 and re-list it with the minor flaw. Let me know if you are interested and I can take a picture to show you what I mean.

patblugo @aviatortwin Actually the whole week was like a tornado at home! My girls that study out of town got here the weekend before Thanksgiving, so we had a blast! My older children, their spouses, my grandchildren, and my daughters all here most of the time! I enjoyed every moment of it, and when they all left on Sunday I was exhausted. LOL. But I love the sets for my grandchildren as part of their Christmas presents. They are 22 months old and 18 months old. I’ll let you know!

patblugo @tonic06 hi Toni! We are doing fine Thanks to My Lord, everyone is healthy and most of my family working. Praying everyday for each one of them. 1 daughter is now a Nurse Practitioner at one of our hospitals, my daughter-in-law is a nurse at a private clinic, my son in law is a police officer, my daughter the medical student in 4 year almost to be graduating they have to go to the hospital too! I’m worried for everyone, but specially those on the front lines.
