snailsrace @shopofthemoment Thanks for contacting me I do have a question., about shipping, I sent my first sale out and when I printed the label the weight said 5 lbs I wonder if when the package is going thru the mail does the buyer get a refund for the overage shipping cost? The app has negotiated a flat rate for all packages under 5 lbs. if your package is going to be more then 5 lbs you will need to purchase an upgraded label. Otherwise, the shipping is a flat rate no matter how much it weighs [under 5 lbs]. Congratulations on your first sale! 👏🏻👏🏻 Smooches 💋

shopofthemoment @snailsrace yes the buyer pays the full shipping. Unless you offer discounted or free shipping. And it’s $6.79 now. They just had an increase last week from $6.49
