iluv2shop10 Hi there! You ordered a pair of Cute Mumbai sunglasses from me just over a week ago; I mailed them out on the 8th but tracking has been showing the package “in transit to the next facility” since the 11th. Any chance you received them?

iluv2shop10 @wjrpmr1991 That is very odd. It appears they got off track after reaching/leaving the Dallas distribution center. I am going to the post office in a bit to drop off some packages; I’ll inquire about it while there and get back to you later today. So sorry for the delay-you’d think with tracked Priority 2-day Mail there would not be these types of issues 🙄

iluv2shop10 Ok,wanted to give you an update; went to local PO & they told me it sounded like the pkg was probably or stuck on a conveyer belt & I needed to call 800#. I called & after being on hold for an hour and 10 min they said it should have arrived days ago so they’d have to research it. They opened up a case & said I’d hear something w/in 2-3 business days :| I’ll alert Posh & keep u posted. Again, I apologize for the delay; I’ve never had this sort of thing happen before-

iluv2shop10 @wjrpmr1991 No, nothing yet. :/ When I spoke to the PO the other day, they said I’d hear something in 2-3 “postal business days”, so I figured the earliest I’d hear anything back would be today or tomorrow. My local PO lady said she felt it was likely lost/stuck on a conveyer belt somewhere. I also sent a message to Poshmark, but haven’t heard back from them yet either. What do you want to do at this point?

iluv2shop10 Hello again; just wanted to let you know I just received a call from the Canton PO; they have reached out to Texas and requested that they look into the whereabouts (last known location) of the package. She said she will be in contact with me again once she hears back from them; according to her, sometime between later today and Wednesday. There is still some hope at this point, but I know it’s been much longer than anticipated so I’d completely understand if you wanted to cancel at this point.

iluv2shop10 Just to touch base...I was promised Monday by the lady from the PO that if I didn’t hear back from someone yesterday, I’d definitely hear from her today; no phone call. If I don’t hear from someone tomorrow, I’ll call back with the case# they provided me🙄

iluv2shop10 ELL; Looks like the sunglasses finally made it to Canton! Just got a phone call from the postal service there who said if you don’t have them in todays mail, they should be there by tomorrow-Fingers crossed they are in one piece!!!😬🤞 What a stressful experience-lol!😳
