lcmlifestyle Hi Patricia, was stunned/disappointed to see your commented that the BR bracelet had a missing stone? Wondering if something happened during shipping? The item was very securely wrapped. Was the missing stone in the packaging w/the rest of the bracelet? I’m reaching out to you personally as I don’t ever want unhappy buyers. pstansbury @lcmstylefile I have been in the hospital so I’ve made no reply. The stone was missing when opened I was very careful to look. I saw the problem when opening. I return things because of the difficult of my handicap. I am remaking the bracelet. Maybe next time things will go Better. Thanks

Would've gladly had you keep the bracelet- I understand its a hassle for you to send it back & not pay for it.! Its a real disappointment to get a 1 star rating as I CARE DEEPLY about you, my buyer & wasn't given a chance to make things right by you in this transaction. I hope you are feeling better now!!
