I’m concerned you accepted the dress you purchased and now state you are unable to wear and there were many loose threads. I checked the dress prior to wrapping it in layers of tissue paper to keep the sequins from rubbing together. I described Size as the label stated. If you would like a refund please return the dress. If you would like a credit for my store you may have that also. My goal is to always have satisfied customers. Please let me know what you would like to do. Thank you.

@my3kids07 Loose threads inside dress, not fit at all, correct size, could not get into dress at all. Forever21 could be asian size, smaller than USA sizes? pretty dress, very disappointing cannot wear it. If you would be kind enough to accept return and provide refund, that would be nice! original wrapper with green ribbon tie, (put back into), but the shipping bag was discarded so I do not have the information to return the dress, please advise how to return for a refund please . . .

@meika7777 Thankfully my outstanding reputation speaks for itself with all of my satisfied customers. I contacted Poshmark. They referred me to the refund policy . Since the item was accepted by you they stated that they are not able to assist with a refund. Since Poshmark is not willing to assist in the safety of the return transaction. The only option I have at this time is to Provide a credit of 25.00 and free shipping without requiring the return of the item.

@my3kids07 I had to accept an item that was shipped to me. Acceptable NO. What good does 25 dollar credit do me, to make another purchase from your site? No thanks! I would rather return and get refund, safety is not an issue, unless you make it an issue!

@meika7777 You are not required to accept a shipment if there is a problem with it. You are given 3 days to review and refuse. Please refer to the Poshmark policies. Please contact Poshmark for the refund. I contacted them again today and provided them with your information and your complaints. I have no problem sending you a money order if that is what they suggest

you have to accept the pkg open and try on, no way to refuse after that, no nothing about policies, I dont sell on here, only bought YOUR dress which is useless to me. Send your address and name, I will send the dress back gladly, then you can send me a refund, period!
