One item took two days to get a label and the other one only happened when I got the notice that I hadn’t shipped yet. I worked with them but it took a little while. Not to worry I am patient. Looking forward to getting this wonderful dish.

classylady1111 Hi Patricia. This morning I received the shipping label however after wrapping this with so much bubble wrap, tape and paper, it weighs 7 pounds, not the 5 pounds listed on the label. desertnative457 @classylady1111 Yes they refunded me and that they had also credited you which is wonderful. I have not tried to glue it yet I do hope it works. I had a friend over the day I opened it and she mentioned that she had purchased a very fragile piece from a store and the owner had shipped it for her and they had just packed around the object with loose packing material so it could move but was cushioned. Just in case you ever have to ship a fragile item.

I needed to make sure it wasn’t a mistake which is why I reached out to you again. Although I’m not sure why I was reimbursed, it was an incredibly generous thing for Poshmark to do. desertnative457 @br2562 okay let me see if I can help. When you did your closet with Poshmark there is a picture of you which if you click on and cursor to the bottom you can see comments. This is where I sent you messages just like you have done with me. You should have given Poshmark an email so they can send you notifications. This would be where a mailing label is attached. You download the label and print it. Attach to the package.

desertnative457 @kjlschafer I am sorry there is really not a way to return items once purchased unless there is something wrong with them or how they were represented. That being said I would if possible try a similar shoe by the same company to determine your size. The other option is I could try to send you measurements. Not sure if this helps?
