mrsfangcy Hi! Pat this is Monica who you purchased the Elliot bag from. The clip was the strap was not working when I try it today. So the bag will be without strap. I can throw in any cosmetic item you like from my listing or I can lower the price to $40. If none of those options work I can cancel the purchase. Please let me know.
