chefpeppy @pcoupon7 Your dress was shipped out on Saturday, April 10 so I don't know why the tracking is not showing up. Our regular mail person is off onSaturday but I will ask our mail person tomorrow about it and request the postmaster look in to why it hasn't been scanned.

chefpeppy @pcoupon7 Opened a case and sent the case number and information to Poshmark. I am so sorry as I ship the same day whenever anyone orders so I hope you will receive it. The post office has been terrible since Covid and keeps using Covid as an excuse for packages being late.

design4ubyjill Apparently the easiest way to correct the wrong item issue, is for you to file an item not as described case. Instead of accepting your item, say you received the wrong item. It looks like on my end, that I may have sent your Betsy Johnson top to you as well. It may be coming later. Not sure what in the world I did 😩 Please let me know if you receive it also. The girl who was supposed to get the dress hasn’t received anything.
