Hello,
I sincerely apologize for the delay. I went to check the day of your purchase and realized I had the set in gold so I had to order it straight from my Traci Lynn website backoffice and had it shipped straight to you. The Poshmark system only allows shipping with their tracking info so it was hard to give to you. I have pics of receipt with your name, proof of purchase & shipping w/ what was bought but no way to show you unless you have an email address to share.

Again, I apologize for the delay & since its coming from the company itself that's what the holdup is. In an attempt to make a change, I'll upload a pic of the Gold set that's Identical & if you say Yes I'll ship it NOW & Cancel the order from Traci Lynn headquarters.

I failed to post the original pic of the Gold set thinking the advertisement looked better but upon getting ready to ship I noticed it wasn't silver. I'm posting the Gold Set now and if you feel comfortable please share an email where I can send a photo of the receipt of detailed purchase and info.

Greetings, I'm not sure were the lack of communication is happening between you and I. You said you mailed my purchase the other day and asked for my email to forward the tracking number which I provided. The bottom line please do you have the jewelry you listed having wither it is silver or gold?

As I have stated that I truly apologized for my delay in processing and the discrepancies however I do believe that you received the jewelry as I stated from the company itself and I have not received payment so I’m just wondering if you are enjoying the jewelry for free and if you intend on making a payment to me?
