surveylara Hello Patricia, you made a purchase for Minnetonka Moccasin, but it was bought to my attention that the labels was put on the wrong package. You just received an envelope instead of a box with the shoes. I am very sorry for the mix up and the inconvenience. This has not happened to me before so I contacted Poshmark service and this is what they responded....

surveylara Can you check you spam mail maybe the email went there. Let me know if you receive and email from Poshmark services. If not I'll email a request so they can email you label.

surveylara Hello, I got an email this morning regarding label, you should be receiving an email with label. Also not sure how long it take for you to receive email, please allow them a day to receive email. If possible let me know tomorrow if you received email.

surveylara I will contact the other buy and if she no longer wants it I'll just have you keep it. Also are you still interested in getting the shoes if I'm able to get the other buyer send the shoes back? If not I understand and I'll have Poshmark refund you the shoes price.
