ginnybean22 I'm sorry i rolled it to get it in the bag to get it out quickly to post lady to get to you on time. I thought it would be ok. I take care of my mom 24/7 & also bc of virus i can't just leave my home for boxes. Please won't you reconsider your stars. This is my only source of income it allows me to care for my Mom. Why didn't you ask for a refund? This will destroy my business. What can I do to make it right?

ginnybean22 As far as advice goes. Try to post at least 5 things per day if possible. Try to share as many items as you can of other poshers stuff. They in refund will share your stuff with their people. It gets you exposure. I have 40,000 followers so if i share you stuff it gets seen by 40,000 of my people you see.

ginnybean22 @nestaotislove Are you able to fix it by laying something heavy on it to flatten it back out? If not let me know and I can send a full refund. You"ll just have to let me know the total w tax n shipping. I only get the deductions on my end. (What I make after the deductions from posh they take a minimum of $2.95 plus the $2.00 shipping discount i gave you and they send whatever taxes you paid into the state for me. So im not sure what you paid exactly. I recieved about $5 i think. lmk

ginnybean22 @nestaotislove Now in the future if you ever have a problem you do not have to accept order instead you can click on problems/inquiry than you tell poshmark your problem and they will send you a return label and you can return it for a full refund. Since you have already accepted it I'm still willing to send you a full refund you can just keep the book. But i will need your full name & address again & full amount as i didn't save that information. ❣Ginny
