Hi Patricia, i’m not sure if you were contacted by USPS, but the delay in shipping has been on their end and not mine. I shipped the coat on the same day that you ordered it. I can only apologize for the huge delay, but I think it has something to do with the holidays, and the fact that you are all the way across the country from me. @pdonato55 yes, I am also very disappointed that you haven’t received it yet. I can assure you it went out the same day and I’ve been getting updates from USPS that there have been continual delays. I only hope and pray that you love the jacket as much as I did after all of this trouble. Thanks for your patience. 😊
