hello :) thank you so much for your purchase. however this morning when. I was packing the order I found a hole in the inner sock liner. the listing states no rips or tears but I just discovered it when I when to pull the insoles out to make sure they were perfect inside and out. please let me know what you would like to do with this order. sorry for the inconvenience.

I’m so sorry. I pressed it for you before I packed it. I do have a couple puppies that are part of the family but it was clean. I keep my iron in my laundry room where they don’t go. It was washed of course before I hung it up the last time. I’m so sorry.
