neicyfish Hello! I apologize for not responding to your inquiries, but I had fallen asleep and did not see it. Yes, the bag came with the charm and I have taken pics of all tags in the bag. I can tell you that it appears to be the exact same material as other Kate Spade bags I have sold that were leather, but the tags do not say it is leather. I would have accepted your 65.00 offer.
