ladyagalux Hi Patricia I contacted the post office regarding the sweater you purchased. It still shows pending, I went in and asked about it, and they said they didn't expect to be closed Wednesday so they are behind because of an extremely high volume due to being Christmas time. I did everything on my end and I hope it will be processed soon. Have a great evening.
