Hi Patrick, I'm surprised and sad that you are disappointed with the jacket--the item was brand new, in the garment bag I received it in, and the description on the listing came directly from the website. Hope this clears things up.

@pklesius I'm sorry for the confusion, but if you look at the receipt of the purchase, you'll see that you selected 42 (EU 52) not 40, so that's the one I sent.
