khairi26 @pconlon4237 it's to be expected sometimes in any customer service related industry. Some ppl want to spend $10 or $20 on a used item and expect it to be perfect. But hopef6 you'll enjoy, I did, just have too many shoes. I have over 37 5 star rating just 3 that weren't. I'll let you judge for yourself. Thanks again
