grannyb326 Good day Patrick, first of all, I want to say I'm sorry for the delay of the Notre Dame windbreaker. There is an issue that I discovered upon re-examination of the windbreaker prior to packaging for shipment. The lining at the cuffs has come apart, it must have happened when I laundered the item. I'm so sorry I didn't notice it at that time. I started to repair it by sewing it back together but I wanted to touch bases with you and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.
