patrickclanc637 @dibblendabble Good Morning. I greatly appreciate your consideration of me regarding this transaction,however,let us not lose sight of the fact that this was a very inexpensive item. Going through all the trouble of a refund at this time is not my preference. Fact is, I know a number of ladies who would enjoy having a skirt like that. It will not go to waste.
