patrickmoyer0 @beckycw71 That's what happens to the order. also explains why we never got a tracking number. I apologize for that. I was wondering what happened to that order. When we printed out the shipping label somehow, I guess we must have accidentally reprinted your label again and hence they went to the wrong place.

patrickmoyer0 We're still new using this site. There's a lot going on here. way more than I've ever seen happening on a sales site before. I'd gladly eat the shipping cost if you can get those back to us. that would be awesome. I'm going to try contacting their admin to see how we set that up.
