Hi! I'm Patti. I am a Florida girl, with a smoke-free and pet-free home. I have been Poshing since 2016 and love this Community. Chico’s, Michael Kors, Fabletics, Kate Spade, Lilly Pulitzer, golf, tennis and workout attire are personal favorites so that is mostly what you will find in my Closet. pittypatsporch1 @csignori @csignori I do not know what to do. They are predicting Hurricane Irma to hit South Florida as a possible Category 6 hurricane. We are debating now whether to get out tomorrow. In the midst of this chaos (no water in stores, non perishables depleting rapidly) I cannot think about this top. If you shipped it, there is no guarantee I will get it. I think the wisest thing right now is for me to save as a Like and wait to see if we have a home to come home to in a weekI am sorry!

That is key to selling. Join a “Follow” game like @minedthemanor has. I grew my followers over four times in less than 8 weeks. Work to be a Posh Ambassador. Posh will send you followers. It is a Chico’s Size 2 (12/14) NWT Sheer fabric with lining underneath and a cold shoulder sleeve with a handkerchief hem. Gorgeous! I half thought about keeping it myself but I need bright colors and it is more subdued. It has been crazy selling weekend. Then 3 more people like the item, so you send another offer to all likers for more than the 10%. It should go to all. I think that is what it said. Offer has got to be lower than previous offer. My prob is I don’t remember what I offered before. There are Posh groups on FB & I follow two. Great info that I never knew! Patti

Decide what price you will offer, type it in, but must be 10% or more, then pick whether you will offer $4.99 shipping or free shipping. Posh will send to your likers.

pittypatsporch1 @maryelhilow Chico’s sizes are different from standard sizing. A Chico’s 2 is equivalent to a 10-12 or medium, a 2.5 is a 14, and a 3 is a 16-18. I forget the smaller sizes. Check Chico’s.com/sizing. Patti

pittypatsporch1 @cooky2956 When a Posher goes on vacation & they put their Closet on Vacation Hold, Not For Sale will appear in each listing and a banner across the bottom of their Closet will show a return date. Some Poshers also are on eBay. If they have sold the listing on another site, they will mark it Not For Sale. Rarely, a Posh buyer will ask for a hold until they have funds in their Posh acct. Some sellers will put Not For Sale on a listing then. Patti, Posh Mentor

Decide price you will offer & shipping you will pay (none, $1.50 off or all $6.49 off) & click on it. She will be sent your offer. May haggle so decide $ you are willing to sell it for. She may counter, decline or accept your offer. She has 24 hrs. If she accepts, Posh puts SOLD on it & sends you confirmation & shipping label. Let me know what she does. Patti

It was an all day affair! 4 1/2 hrs on the course, reception and then a seated luncheon that took forever! Food was South African since theme was African Safari. Came home and collapsed!

Search on Posh for similar items to help with pricing. Then share these things at least 3/day. Posh is often word of mouth & Posh’s own advertising. Even with 72k followers, I constantly share and follow other Poshers. Read over Your Guide to Poshmark, FAQ’s and your Profile page. And ask me when you get stuck. Patti

Just started radiation for the next month. Feel encouraged but tired a lot. Had lost weight & worked with a trainer before that so have been emptying my own personal closet. I still love & wear mostly Chico’s. Pray that your health is better! I trust kidney stones are no longer giving you probs. Have often thought of you & hope you are doing well! Patti

dabk Patti, thanks for your input about the west coast of Fla. We have friends in Bradenton , Cape Coral and Napa. We have been all over the Carribean islands and the Keys remind us so much of those areas. But still the USA. We ' ve been looking at Big Pine Key and Key Largo. But only as snowbirds as we love our house in Pa. It's a big step and decision but we sure love snorkeling and fishing.

Things are closing here as well. My youngest is a senior and they’ve already cancelled graduation. So disappointing. But we’re all well.

Our snowbird neighbors and golf buddies are fleeing north since some are Canadian (and have been told to get back to Canada ASAP) or have been told their states are possibly shutting borders. Florida will just be Floridians! My grands are distraught there may be no more school this year. But our beaches are full of Spring Breakers! Not sure where they are eating since slot of restaurants closed! Stay well!

pittypatsporch1 @kathymerjanian Kathy, as much as I want to buy your crockpot, in the back of my mind I think Posh does not allow the sale of electric stuff. If it weighs 7-8 lbs the extra shipping will cost you about $7.98 on top of the standard $7.11. Just some things to think about. Will try to check around to see if I can find an answer. I have for sale a cell charger that came with my phone & I think it is not allowed. Patti

rickyratcoonie Hi Patti, And Thank You for your interest in my wooden crafts. I can make another sea turtle/a little bit more work go's into that craft than other's do. I was asked a month or so ago to make an US Anchor & Another Pink Flamingo, and as you can see I never heard back from those customers. A bundle on my crafts make me nervous. Most of my crafts weigh close to the 5 pound shipping limit. According to the poshmark weight shipping scale, I would end up paying close to $16 to upgrade the overweight

rickyratcoonie I live in orlando my front door gets about 5 hrs of afternoon sun/rain and I haven't had any warping/etc. I have a set I use for every holiday/special occasion. I painted the maryland flag on a crab that I hang from Mid July thru beginning of October and it's in great shape and ready to be hung in a week or two.

Sat to apply 4 coats of paint and I could list it in my closet on Sunday and have it ready to mail Monday Morning. The flamingo and blue crab I could go as low as 15 for each. And have them in the mail Tomorrow Morning. How does that sound?

I’ve had the large cosmo red bag for sale in my closet for months. It’s gotten almost no traffic I ran into my Guess bag that’s about the same size and a beautiful bronze faux alligator. I was making myself get rid of one. Both barely used. I’m wondering if I should switch them out?

pittypatsporch1 @somethingbyjuli There is feature called Copy listing. Make a new listing! Pull up the listing, click on edit, go to bottom of listing & click on Copy Listing. Add some diff pix, change title or do nothing & keep everything the same. Then hit Next in top right corner when finished. It will be first listing in your Closet. Go in & edit to remove the Copy in title & delete the old listing. You will lose the Likers bc it is a whole new listing. Try that.
