_needfulthings_ Hello. Thank you for purchasing the brown heels!! HOWEVER when I took them out of storage to pack them I noticed more damage than they had even i made the ad. My guess is another pair of shoes rubbed against them. I don't feel right sending them knowing my ad wasn't accurate...I would like to cancel your order and I am happy to relist them with accurate pictures, then you can decide. I hate when I spend money on items and they are not what was listed. I'm not going to do that to others.
