Hi there - your sweater was brand new boutique- it was taken out of manufacturer packaging and sent directly to you. I never sell used boutique items. Not sure if you are perhaps confused because many boutique items come straight from the manufacturer without tags.

Just sent message, I sent your package already. I just saw you cancelled after 2 hours. I know I’m supposed to wait for the third hour but I’m a quick shipper! I am going to run back to the post office to see if they will give back the package! It’s 20 minutes away so hopefully it wont been sent. This is my first time where someone cancelled an item,so I don’t know the process.
