berdi82 @thedazzlingdiva You offered once to help if I have questions, and now I do! While packaging a sold item for shipping I found a minor flaw not previously seen or disclosed. I messaged the buyer with a photo to see if they were OK with it, but it's been over 24 hours & I haven't heard anything. Do I cancel the sale? Do I ship the package anyway? I can't find out what the protocol is. Can you please advise?

thedazzlingdiva @berdi82 Hi! My apologies for the late response. Hopefully you’ve heard back from them. If not, you definitely don’t want to send a flaw but I would not cancel until I heard back from the customer. However you don’t want to take too long because you don’t want your ship time to be too long especially if you’re new. I would give it another day at least.

I'm struggling with whether to ship or not; I've had other people cancel orders on me when I would still have preferred to get the item. Is what to do in this situation covered somewhere and I'm just not finding it? I very much appreciate your guidance.

thedazzlingdiva @berdi82 Just following up to see if all is well with the buyer. If no response and if you haven't canceled I definitely would. it's unfortunate but unlike with other platforms there is no way to partially refund the buyer and you don't want to knowingly send an item with a major flaw. ~ Patti
