himmelbp8 @excitingfashion I am very sorry you feel that way, by no fault of your, I received the box so badly beaten but the purse was unscathed. The trash bag was torn but thankfully the bag was fine. I am letting you know this so that you understand once your package goes into the mail it can take an awful beating. This way you can prepare for the beating some these boxes take! Thankfully the bag made it Okay and the bag is lovely. Thank you!
