knottiedup @pjares Hello. I just saw your updated rating on the Ariat boots you purchased from our closet. I understand your frustration in receiving something you weren’t expecting. We try to clearly describe all of our items, including all flaws and post pictures of the flaws. For these boots, we listed “missing insoles” as a flaw. And showed the footbed in the last compilation of photos. Unfortunately we acquired these boots in this condition.

knottiedup @pjares (continued) The previous owner had used a padded insole that can be found at any grocery store/pharmacy. For reasons of hygiene, we decided to remove them. We hope that you will reconsider your rating. Thank you.

pjares @knottiedup Hi, I somehow missed your photo and explanation, and apologize for that. My grandson has been wearing these boots for a year now, and really likes them. They were a good deal for the price.
