kokilas_kloset Hi Patti! You purchased the hat from me and I’m so upset that it was not packaged properly! Yes, it should have been in a box! I’ve sold several hats and they have all been boxed for shipping. Unfortunately, my husband handled this order because I’ve been a little under the weather. kokilas_kloset @ohsass63 hi, I emailed customer service yesterday because they have to issue the credit. It may take a few days. Yes, I had gallbladder surgery so it’s been a rough few days. You should also open a case and ask for a refund, it may be quicker since you’re the customer. Again, I sincerely apologize. My husband said well I wrapped it all pretty like you do…lol.
