pattieherron @smb347 I received the fitbit today. Do you have the dongle that goes with it? I have not been able to bluetooth it to any of my devices . I am having a hard time with it. I was going to try through the dongle. Any tips to a fix?

smb347 @pattieherron it doesn’t come with one. Did you download the Fitbit app? That’s how you’ll sync it via Bluetooth. Try turning the device off and then on and installing the app if you haven’t already

pattieherron i did download the app to my phone, laptop and tablet and they find it but can not connect. I can get the fitbit to turn off and on..it doesnt have the little button on the charger ..
