dhoitsma Hi Pattie. I’m sorry you were disappointed in the condition of the shoes you purchased. I am very stringent in only selling items that are in like new condition. They were gently used and had no odor when shipped and weren’t stored in a box except to ship. Not sure how an odor would just appear... but glad you were satisfied after washing them. Again, my apologies that you weren’t completely satisfied.
