branchjohnna I want to apologize for the smoke smell. My husband and his dad are heavy smokers and I try to keep my things away from the rooms that are affected. As far as the sandals they were brand new. I do the best I can to make my buyers happy but you have been by far the most hurtful worded woman who I've been treated by. I pray that you learn to learn less hateful.

patty2q @branchjohnna hateful? Why? Because I paid for items that I can't used? The strong heavy smoke odor was unbearable. Maybe you are just to it. I washed the clothes 3 times with soap and baking soda and still kept the odor. The new sandals were impossible to clean. They went to the trash. I can't wear that. Those are facts based in my experience. I'm just honest, expecting to bek respected as a buyer.
