pattykeller Hi, Sorry for all the confusion. I am kind of new to this. You reported a hole in the back of the Jacket, but there was another hole in the sleeve. I reported that I did not think you knew that because you had been diligent about reporting the hole in the back. its a beautiful sweater otherwise, and I will see about getting them both fixed at the same time.

jwright28 @pattykeller I have always had perfect ratings and never had a case opened up. I paid tremendously for that sweater and was honest about the snag in the back. Please close the case and accept the sweater if you are being honest.

pattykeller I don't really appreciate being questioned about my integrity. There was a hole in the sleeve. I sent a picture. It was most likely an honest oversight by you. I have given you the benefit of the doubt. I have been insulted twice this morning. I have no problem closing the case as it. But I do have a problem with the implication that I am shady and dishonest. Not very nice.

As of right now, you still have an open case.(even though you say you have no problem closing it) I am an honest seller, who is not selling for profit.
