I was sorry to hear about the condition your order arrived in. I double boxed and wrapped it! I just wanted you to know, if that is to happen again on a future order you don’t have to accept it. Put in a claim. Many times you keep the item and posh still pays both parties. In this case I feel the package was mishandled. There is no way that should have happened!
