califina hi, i received the bag. I LOVE it , but one side of the strap looks like it could rip at anytime. i think if i were to carry actual things in the bag it could rip. I wish you would have added that to the pics. For what I paid i think the straps should be in good shape. i don't even know where i would go to fix it.
