While not used, sometimes items get stains from make up (or dirt) from customers trying it on. I'd be happy to take it back and issue you a refund! @_curatedcloset_ the dress is adorable, I will have it cleaned. I just felt it was misrepresented, as while it could have been just shop worn, it appeared to have been worn. I would be happy to forward pics. I am a happy customer in that the dress is pretty, fits well I just now need to have it cleaned and hope the marks come out. I have a very good cleaners so I’m pretty confident.
