favsngoodies Hi Billy, so let me ask you is the bag still in pristine condition? So is pristine condition like almost new? Doesn’t have any cracks on corners or other significant sign of wear? How’s condition inside ? And the year on bag is 2018 right?

I’ve been looking for a duomo hobo in almost new condition for a very long time, but the year of bag is important to me, and I want to ask you, so pristine means that the bag is like new? Or how would you describe the condition of the inside and outside of bag? Any cracks on corners? Thank you, I’ll appreciate it

mels737 @favsngoodies Hi Patty. The code is AR1148. Carried it only about 4 times and it just pretty much stayed in the closet. The lining inside has no stain and has no rip. The canvas has no scratch and crack.

mels737 @favsngoodies Hi Patty. How are you? While I was thoroughly inspecting the bag yesterday, the leather pull of the zipper showed some creasing. It bothered me coz when you touched the creased portion it’s not smooth so I reached out to my CA and told me to bring the bag in. Sorry for the inconvenience but I don’t want to send the item and you’ll end up dissatisfied with it. I hope you do understand.

I think I rather do that for now because the only reason I was willing to pay that money was because the condition posted as “pristine” in your description, and because I was considering other options before deciding for yours, so I don’t want to let those options gone. favsngoodies @mels737 hi Billy, I contacted customer support but I’m still waiting for they to answer , but I need to ask you a favor, I read in the seller question and answer tool how the seller can cancel an order that has not been shipped, so I think you might have to do that without having Poshmark Intervine , can you check and try please? It says you go to your account and pick your sells and from there you will have the option to cancel it, I’d really appreciate your help. Thank you

favsngoodies @mels737 you go to your account, select sales, then select orders, then select problems / order inquiry , then select cancel and then reason to complete cancellation. That’s what I found out. I really appreciate if you can help me with this. Thank you
