I received and email with your shipping label as soon as I spoke to them, that I received your sweater instead of my shorts. Print the label out and send me my shorts. p_varela @sherricusco1 dear Sherri, I still have not get a label. Please check with Poshmark because I have not get it and I have checked all my emails. I buy it from here often and I do know the process or return labels but I have not get it. Those shorts are going to be ship once I get the label - you can be sure of that. You can also send me a copy of the label if they send it to you but they have not send me one as of today.

Your holding on to my shorts because your daughter thought you bought them for her... I’ve never dealt with this on Poshmark before And I’ve been using it for years.... this is ridiculous. Ashley, learn how to be polite. Sherri can check that I just got the label. You are an extremely rude person and for no reason. It is not my fault the items got mixed up. Feel free to reach out to Poshmark and confirm when they sent me the label. The short has never been used and I will send it when I feel like it.

ashleylynnk_ @p_varela I’ve been waiting for my shorts for about a month! I got an email around the 8th as well as you should and immediately printed it out and mailed you your sweater. All I have been asking is why I haven’t received my shorts.Typically if you receive an item that you did not purchase you contact Poshmark and they send you the correct label within a few hours, and then mail the items to the correct person.

We both have tried contacting you and telling you how to mail me my shorts with the label you received That is all! This has been an ongoing process of me even wondering if I’m going to receive my Hudson shorts, because your going to send them when you feel like it. You can’t hold on to someones item that you have that you did not purchase...

ashleylynnk_ @sherricusco1 @p_varela Your account should be taken down. Keeping someones item you didn’t purchase is not acceptable that’s basically stealing, you should be ashamed of your self. The polite and respectful thing to do would be send the shorts, as I did when I received your item.

sherricusco1 @ashleylynnk_ That’s exactly what I think and have communicated with Poshmark about it but they say the onus is with me, as the seller, to send the correct item. I totally agree with that but this was a mistake that @p_varela has completely taken advantage of. She has received 2 items NWT that were very expensive but refuses to send you the shorts. Again, I’m so sorry about this situation. They refuse to take any action toward her which makes me want to stop selling with them.

The correct thing would be to follow postmarks rules and send the correct item to the buyer but as you said @p_varela has taken advantage of NWT and kept them. Horrible! Im not surprised she has kept two items with NWT on them.
