love_turquoise Hi I'm sorry you had a negative experience w/USPS, I've never had an issue like this before as you can see by all my positive reviews. I assure you that I'm as disappointed as you. I'd like to address the issues you mentioned. First know that I've never smoked in my life, my husband is not a smoker either, nor do we have any friends, family, or associates that smoke.

love_turquoise Also I'd like you to know that I made sure to tape up the box up well prior to dropping it off, and always do with my shipments. I can with a clean conscience tell you that all 3 issues you mentioned (delay, damage & smell) was incurred by USPS & its employees. Again,sorry you had a negative experience; it ends up being my negative experience too. If you find it in you to adjust the review to express these truths I shared with you I'd very much appreciate it. Thanks & all the best.
