cornajopaul Hello. The issue was solved and I’m able to now print the label and mail out the music box. Again, my apologies this took so long but my customer service rep was absolutely useless during this processed and no update was given. Doesn’t surprise me! This is why I canceled my account in the past. Looks like I might do it again… anyway, it’s on its way in the morning. Thanks Paul
