luxhaberdashery Hi Paul! I am so sorry to have the cancel the Armani sweater. When I went to ship it I noticed several moth bites!!! UGH They weren't there when I processed the sweater but happened while in storage in my shop. Should anything else catch your eye I'll try and make you a really good deal. Sorry again!

paulchen_nj @luxhaberdashery Hi Amanda, happy new year! I recently purchased two suits from you. I received both suits in good order. Unfortunately, The Armani suits is too loose to fit me. I took it to my tailor and tried to alter. But I was told it’s too costly to alter. The Armani suits is in super condition with pristine quality.

paulchen_nj @luxhaberdashery It’s a pity it’s sitting in my closet. As you may know, I am interested in two of your posts - one Armani black label and zegna suits. I am a new posher - 1st time purchaser, didn’t learn the return rules enough. I am just wondering whether I can return the Armani suits, so I can use the credit to purchase the Armani black label or zegna suits.

luxhaberdashery @paulchen_nj Sorry for the delay! Will be happy to help. I could definitely take the suit back for store credit minus shipping (no restocking fee needed) but I'm thinking you bought a Dolce & Gabbana and Hugo Boss suit from me. Did you buy an Armani suit from someone else perhaps?

I really meant the dolce & Gabbana suit ($135) is too loose on me and I intended to return for credit. The boss suits fit my well after I altered pants length. I don’t take it for granted since I know you are just being so nice to do me a favor. My sincere appreciation!

plank29 Hi Paul with regards to the Tods shoes my husband wears 11 1/2 for all the Nikes he owns. As far as dress shoes they vary depending on brands. But he wears anywhere from size 9 to 11. I hope that gives some perspective.

paulchen_nj @plank29 thx for all the info. I usually wear nike 10.5 and all other shoes 10M. Nike runs half size bigger. If this pair is for your husband who wears nike 11.5, then it’s too big for me. Good luck on selling it quickly.

ilbriskey I purchased the Nike Sandals and just tried them on. something is wrong with these sandals. they are defected. How do I send them back to you for a refund?

paulchen_nj @ilbriskey Hi, thanks for your message. Unfortunately I don’t accept return. I did my best to describe the merchandise by providing multiple pictures and model numbers. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to check on all info to assure fitting before purchasing. You received the merchandise exactly same as that described in my listing. Thanks.

ilbriskey @paulchen_nj the issue is you can't even slide your foot into the sandal. The distance from the base of the sandal to the thong part is really short. These are defected.
