tris1957 hey paul...personally id go for the big heart...that elsa peretti(tiffany designer)heart is retired and worth over 100.00 alone and the bracelet..is a fully HALLMARKED 1, so she can wear the heart as a necklace(its quarter size), and the bracelet with any charms u or she pics up!...im gonna add a pic of my own tiffany charm bracelet...ive made over the yrs.
