fuelthearmy @kmoore0010 Hi, there are a number of ways to achieve this. if you clean your hair for a semi permanent... now this is key... there can be no conditioner left in the hair or vitamins or additives from any shampoo. If you can clean it and dry it... a semi will take where you do not need to bleach it but this is not true for everyone. There are some exceptions and it has to do with pores in your particular type of hair and it's health. You would test it first on a swatch of hair behind your ear.

fuelthearmy @kmoore0010 But we have color depositing shampoos that use a kertain acid to deposit the color, no bleaching needed. if you want to try that.

fuelthearmy @kmoore0010 the other thing is to cheat... add a little cream peroxide to the dye and that will penetrate the hair better than if no peroxide. No bleaching just put some into the semi dye. If you want to try something on a test basis, let me know. Thanks
