Hello. I shipped the Prada shoes you purchased days ago, but they have not tracked yet. I will go to the Post Office to see what's going on. I think they are delayed due to the holiday season. Just wanted to let you know.

@baik1234 Hello. The Prada shoes are still not tracking yet. I just filed a missing item claim with the U.S. Postal Office and should have an update on 01/03/2022. I apologize for any inconvenience and for the delay. When you receive the shoes, you will be relieved as they are worth the wait.

@baik1234 Yes. I spoke with the Post Office that I mailed it from. They are looking for it. They have packages that have not not been sent. They are going to call me hopefully today with an update.
