paulwthames @joeloveslaura Laura, just tried on the shoes. sorry they're too small.maybe they could be stretched. But the most disappointing is there's NO cushion in the insole is hard and stiff. they look nice but NOT comfortable. I'll try to resell them. Laura I know you were honest and sincere but this was not a good deal for me. I'm so disappointed 😞 especially because I couldn't really afford them. hopefully I could recoup atleast $30 of the $57.45 invested.

They also appear hardly worn, if at all. Maybe you could have them stretched and buy a cushion insole? Again, so sorry to hear.

paulwthames @joeloveslaura hi Laura, I put my foot in the shoe and the sole came apart so I thoroughly inspected the shoe and I don't believe that these are genuine Bally shoes. I called Saks Fifth Ave who sell Bally shoes. They asked me to bring them in and they can authenticate them. If the shoes are not genuine Bally shoes I want to ask for a refund pls. would you have a problem with that? or I would dispute through poshmark.

paulwthames @joeloveslaura Laura I need to say that I believe you're a very nice lady who is honest and sincere. I verified that the shoes are not genuine. apparently all Bally shoes are labeled inside the shoes with the name/style of the shoe. he also pointed out a few more details that showed easily that they are not genuine Bally shoes. I did file a claim with poshmark for a refund as I wasn't sure that you would just refund my money.

laurasluxepm @paulwthames I would have offered you a return. You have to go through Poshmark anyway so that’s fine. Also, the shoes are labeled inside with the style name. It’s Austin. I personally think they’re authentic. Just because someone works at Saks does not mean they are qualified to authenticate. Poshmark will send you a return label and I will wait for the shoes back. Sorry you were not happy.
