rubygirrl Hi Paula! I am very sorry to report that I broke the inside zipper on the crossbody hippie bag you bought from me :( I was getting it ready to ship and pulled the zipper right off and I'm not handy enough to fix it. I can cancel the transaction and have you resubmit an offer for 17 dollars if that will be satisfactory to you. I'm really sorry about this. The main zipper is fine just the inside pocket zipper broke :(

pemory1 @havasugirl05 it comes to my email. I send it by email to Office Depot they print it I buy a package 📦 pay and mail. UPS picks up from there and they scan and ship. This like I said has never happened before. Now I'm waiting on someone from ups to call me. I'm EXTREMELY upset to say the least. I will get right back to you
