collinstx So sorry for the delay on the hat! If it’s bent out of shape when it arrives, put it in your dryer on medium for 30 minutes, and it will return to factory shape!

collinstx Hey Paula, Wanted to take a moment in reply to your rating on my hat. This is a Crushable hat, intended to be smashed out of shape. If you throw it in the dryer on high with a damp towel, it will restore to factory shape.

rayqueen Hi 👋 Just arrived home from vacation and 👀 your ??? I think the heel is about ‘5 inches, I can’t wear them anymore because I wear flats everyday and they hurt my feet when I put them on🤦🏽‍♀️Getting older just can’t wear the heels and certain shoes I use to wear🥺They are really nice and sexy, I think I purchased them from MACY’S’s 👋
