leahfields77 Paula, Hi, I wanted to you to know so you wouldn’t worry that I shipped your package last week but we got 10” of snow and then another 4” with an ice storm that followed so it was a little late getting out, I couldn’t dig the car out for days. I’m not sure why tracking isn’t showing up yet but I’ll go down to the PO tomorrow to check, it’s been doing this sometimes lately. You may get it before tracking shows that you did. leahfields77 Hey Paula, so I’ve been aggravating the postal service & PM SUPPORT daily and today finally got a reply from PM. They’ve tracked the package (there’s actually 4 of them I shipped same day) and they’ll have tracking fixed on here ASAP. Usually this gets the package moving again. We’ve been hit over & over again with snowstorms & ice storms. It’s been awful, I assume that’s contributed to these late non-tracking packages. I’m so sincerely sorry about this!
