We put the studs in an envelope and stuck them inside the boot. If they are not there, the factory that authenticated must have forgotten to put them back when they shipped the boot. Let me know if you may have overlooked them and I’ll call posh and find out what they can do. It’s possible they took them out of boot and then placed them in the shipping box but we got a fact, put them inside the boot. The envelope was labeled swavarski crystals
