materialmichele @petuniaspics I provide measurements on all of my listings to help my buyers make sure they are getting an item that will fit them. I don't think it's fair for me to receive a one start rating, which brings my overall rating down, when I try my best to accurately describe my items and take the time to take measurements. I really am sorry that you're not happy with the pants.

fabulousalways Hi Paula! you purchased the Cambridge Satchel bag from me and it's on the way. When I wrapped it up, i noticed a stain on the back. I had never noticed before and since I have only worn this bag once or twice and not in multiple years, I was a bit dumbfounded. please have a look when you get it, and i am glad to refund you 50% or so. Glad to work something out there. I felt bad when I saw it.
