OMG! I had my husband ship the 2 packages and he obviously mixes them up. I am waiting to hear back from Poshmark support to see how I exchange the items.

@jgholder Poshmark Support has not responded to me yet. They said it could take 24 hours. I see you opened a case, so hopefully it will get resolved quicker that way. Again, I apologize and FYI, I have not been paid so I am not personally profiting from the transaction. Again, I'm terribly sorry!

@jgholder a couple of updates. I've been contacted about the case via email and I confirmed the shipments were switched and you did not receive the item you purchased. The email also says that if the case is approved (should be) you will be asked to return the item for a refund.

@jgholder they did contact me. While the package shows delivered; she says there was nothing at her front door! She is taking it up with the post office. This is absolutely unbelievable!

@jgholder Unbelievable is the only word! About how to return the sweater, Poshmark support said they would be in touch with both buyers, so I would just wait for instructions from them.

I got the watch but it's locked so I need the password to unlock it and wipe all your info out of it. This should have been done before I revived the watch.

Well posh mark sent me a label and I mailed the sweater to the other person and they mailed the watch to me. According to them that's how they do it.

@jgholder just reset it so factory settings! That is so weird. I have reset many devices before and this never happened. The same day I rest my Watch I reset my phone, since I got a. Ew one. I'm wondering if when I turned it back on to take a picture from you and left it charging somehow it sync' back up?! Do u need instructions to reset it?

When you’re ready to begin the reset, get the Apple Watch you wish to erase, then do the following:
Open the “Settings” app on the Apple Watch and go to “General”
Scroll down and choose “Reset”
Tap on “Erase All Content and Settings”
Enter the passcode for the Apple Watch
Scroll down and confirm you wish to reset the Apple Watch and erase all data from the device

Once you confirm the reset, a spinning wait indicator will appear on the screen for quite some time, eventually followed by an Apple logo with an indicator around that.
