celticgatorgal Hi! You purchased a coral top from me earlier this week. I packaged it and put it in a mailbox since the mail had already come at our house and I wanted to get it to you ASAP. Somehow it isn’t tracking. I’ve notified Poshmark and plan on stopping at the post office tomorrow if needed. I just wanted to let you know.

celticgatorgal @paulabrz I will. The mailbox is up by the entrance to our neighborhood and is used often though this was the first time I’ve used it. I’m baffled by this. I usually just use our home mailbox or drop packages at the post office.

celticgatorgal @paulabrz this is what Poshmark said. We are sorry to hear that your package has not begun tracking for order, "Coral abstract quarter zip golf top". It looks like the package has not been scanned into the mailstream by the shipping carrier. This typically happens when:

celticgatorgal There is delay with the shipping carrier and the tracking will be updated after a few days The wrong label is used for the package, i.e. an older label or non-Poshmark label The package has been temporarily misplaced by the shipping carrier The item has accidentally not been shipped and is still lying around

celticgatorgal We kindly ask that you check around your house and with your local post office to see if the package is still there. If tracking does not update by Thursday, August 20, 2020 please let us know. I’ll stop at the post office tomorrow since there isn’t any way to contact them otherwise. We’re in a fairly large city so I’m not sure which office has that box on their route. Hopefully the one I go to will be able to help .

celticgatorgal @paulabrz Poshmark says give it till the 20th and then contact them. My mailman says that the box I used isn’t on his route but he’d speak to the person who has that route. The folks at the post office said sometimes packages don’t get scanned but that the box where I mailed it is emptied daily. So, I guess for now we’re in a holding pattern. Please let me know if it just shows up at your place.
